Penny Hardaway's signature footwear line has seen a big resurgence in 2022. With original colorways such as the "Home" and "All-Star" editions dropping along with collabs from Social Status and new classics like "Photon Dust," the Air Max Penny 1 is as popular as ever. With new colorways on the horizon for Holiday 2022 including a "Rattan" iteration, perhaps the most iconic colorway of them all, the "Orlando" edition is re-releasing in 2023.
The Nike Air Max Penny 1 "Orlando" has seen numerous re-releases throughout the past twenty years. Each time, the colorway continues to generate hype and sell out. On a few rare occasions, it has sat and gone on sale. But once gone from the retail market for a few years, its resale value would increase, sometimes double that of its MSRP. After being delayed numerous times in 2022 due to shipping issues, the Air Max Penny 1 "Orlando" finally dropped in men's sizing on August 11th, selling out instantly. While supply was decent, demand was high, and therefore the secondary market is seeing success with this pair. However, if you missed out on a pair and don't want to settle for resale don't worry, the Nike Air Max Penny 1 "Orlando" is officially set to re-release for Summer 2023. This time around they will retail for $180, $10 more than the 2022 release.
The Nike Air Max Penny 1 Orlando is set to re-release on April 27th, 2023. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, as well as at select NSW retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $180 and $140, respectively. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
