As one of the most influential artists of this generation, Bad Bunny has made a name for himself not only in the music scene but also in the world of sneakers. Fresh off the release of his hit single and collaboration with the Mexican band Grupo Frontera, un x100t, we’ve gotten looks at a few new projects from Benito in the sneaker world with his partners at adidas. On top of a new “Blue Tint” colorway on the Campus Light, a “Royal Blue” colorway has also surfaced.
Maintaining the usual Bad Bunny x adidas Campus Light construction, this “Royal Blue” colorway hosts deep royal blue along the suede toebox, eyestays, collar, and double-stacked tongue. Bad Bunny's third eye logo is present on the top tongue, while adidas branding can be found on the tongue below. Black laces contrast the deep blues, and hits of white appear on the Three Stripes along the midfoot. A slight hint of pink shines through on the Campus text on the midfoot and via two plastic eyelets. For the rest of the upper, a lighter blue hue appears on the midfoot and heel. Other details from Bad Bunny’s beefed-up Campus remain, like the puffy collar and added internal heel counter. Finishing the design is the black rubber mudguard that transitions well into the black rubber sole unit.
The Bad Bunny x adidas Campus Light Royal Blue will release this yearthrough adidas Confirmed and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
