Jordan Brand has dabbled in the world of luxury through collaborative efforts, like its Air Jordan 1 High and Low with Dior, and via in-line offerings, like the Wings, Pinnacle, and Bin23 series. However, they’ve never teamed up with Swarovski, the famed jeweler who has long worked with The Swoosh on projects across Nike Sportswear models. That’s about to change with the launch of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Crystal.
Taking the iconic Air Jordan 1 Low Shadow colorway, Jordan Brand keeps the traditional colorblocking intact, applying black shades to the mudguard, eyelets, midfoot panel, and tongue. Stealth grey highlights appear on the toebox, Swoosh, Nike Air branding on the tongue, and heel overlays. The star of the show is the thousands of Swarovski crystals applied to each panel, matching the shade of each respective overlay and underlay and coming in varying sizes.

Another premium touch is found on the heel tab with the 3D metallic Jordan Wings logo, surrounded by more Swarovski crystals. An added basketball hangtag also comes with Swarovski crystals, while the sneaker's packaging is upgraded to feature a sleek black box with a shiny Air Jordan Wings logo on the top. Finishing the design of the shoes are the rubber midsole and outsole, devoid of any crystals and rendered in a white and black combo.
The Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Crystal W will release on May 22, 2025, through the Swarovski, the Nike SNKRS app, and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is $1,000. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
