Nike Kyrie 4 Shoes

Ben Nethongkome was named the new designer for the Kyrie 4 (IV) that hit shelves in 2017. Fans loved Irving’s ability to shift his body at the rim and move with the ball so the design team had to provide the Kyrie 4 with strength and stability. Nethongkome and his team enhanced the sneaker’s stability by introducing the Flex Groove outsole that has a zigzag cutout on the bottom, allowing more traction and flexibility in each movement. The Nike Kyrie 4 featured a zig-zag pattern on the outsole for excellent traction, paired with Cushlon foam and a Zoom Air heel unit for responsive cushioning. The shoe's upper consisted of an engineered mesh forefoot for breathability and suede panels for support.
